1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Please note: Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: After your request is received, we will review it and respond within 3 business days. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Ship the Product: Once authorized, please package the item securely, using the original packaging if possible. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as a wrong or defective item being sent.

3. Return Shipping Fees and Costs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning a product for reasons other than an error on our part, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Returns Due to Defects or Errors: If the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error by Tackle Saver Pros, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Tackle Saver Pros is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refund Process and Timeframes

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and the funds will be applied to the original payment method.

  • Refund Timeframes: Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive the return for processing and up to 7 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as for items not in their original condition, missing parts, or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

5. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please initiate a return following the process above, and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return process applies.
